      A toxic work environment that is ill suited to a high performer

      Pros

      Very stable industry, as it grew 40% in 2009 while other companies considered (or did) downsize

      Cons

      As a monopoly the culture is highly negative and focused on failure, with a veneer of progressive attitudes but in practice the company is very resistant to change in continuous improvement. Ambition and drive are considered negative attributes for employees.

      Pros

      Not many. Relatively central location for commute.

      Cons

      Terrible management, poor morale and terrible salary. There was a high turnover in staff and management was more interested in shifting blame rather than completing their own tasks.
