      Pros

      Stable, long term views. Supportive culture. Everyone is helpful. Excellent training for salespeople. Welcoming & friendly environment. Great place to build a career for the long haul.

      Cons

      Like any sales job, you get what you give. This is not an easy sales job but with hard work you can make a good living and build a long term career. Not the cheapest products on the street today.

      Pros

      ADS is family owned but it is more than that, it's ran by incredible people with morals and good hearts who want to see us all succeed. You are surrounded by co-workers who work together and lift you up. At the risk of sounding sappy, I felt so beat down by corporate America and some of my previous work experiences. This place and the people in it restored my faith in so many things. Watching their handling of the pandemic has cemented my faith in this company. So what I am saying is, if you are looking, if you come to the table with dedication and honesty, apply. They DEEPLY train. I left the medical field for this and never looked back.

      Cons

      The application process is longer than other companies but its an important part of the process when you consider the level of security we are handling.

      Good company, technicians know what their doing, friendly employees to work with.

      Pros

      If your just getting into industry then this is the right place to learn. Easy equipment builders and also having a sales assistant is a plus.

      Cons

      Does not pay commissions first year, Upper management does not allow for vendors to come in and educate sales. Very closed minded and only allows sales to sell very specific things that are only approved by upper management.
