Pros

Placement was pretty quick following initial interview.

Cons

I was hired for a Filing position at a company, which was a temporary 3 month assignment with possibility of extension. When I began working for the company and became friendly with the employees there, I learned that Ajilon was keeping 60% of the pay that was due to me, as their commission. Essentially what should’ve been a $23/hr job, was $11/hr, and this information was never disclosed to me nor the other colleagues whom were hired through Ajilon with me. I broke my contract with them and never worked or recommended them to anyone ever again.

Pros

Not many positive things to say. The people you work with are great but that's about the only good thing about this company.

Cons

Where to even begin. The only reason there are good reviews is because there was a point where management really pushed for employees to go and write a review. They kept track of who did because you had to report in once you completed it. The turnover here is terrible. The staff is all basically brand new. Management thinks that everyone who has left could not handle the role but in reality everyone has left because of them. They do not listen to their employees. They show blatant favoritism to certain members of the team. The micromanaging is beyond ridiculous. They want to know every little thing you are doing. You almost cant go to the bathroom without them asking what you are doing. Forget about working from home. They cannot watch you from home so that is out of the question. The base pay is terrible. They will tell you its higher than any other companies in the area but that is not true. And there is no opportunity for a raise either. Management does not care about their team either. They will say they do but when it really comes down to it all they care about is how much money you are making THEM. They will steal commissions for the employees to make sure they reach their goal. If your looking for a positive culture or work life balance, this is NOT the company you want to work for. If you want to be micromanaged and feel like you or your opinions don't matter than this job would be perfect.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work for Ajilon.

Cons

Not an age friendly employer! Take a look around you. From the front desk to the recruiters they are all quite young. They won't work for you if you are older, whether you have a good work history or not. Told one minute that they have 3 open positions and then next tell you they have already been filled.
