      No reason to work in this organization.

      Cons

      They never pay salary on time, harass their employees.,deduct salary for no reason, and if somebody ask for the reason they terminate them from the organization.

      All 5 star rating is fake written in same date. They don't deserve even 1 Star.

      Pros

      If your wife is not loving and caring and you don't want to go for home on time 😉 then it's good place for you to work for them 24*7.

      Cons

      No work timing. If you 5 min late half day salary will deduct. No manners and etiquette. Salary not on time. They hire you on the basis of interview and after 1 year they started to demotivated you for your performance. And they hold your salary and ask for leave. Pay is not as per market standards.

      Worst Company to work in.

      Ultra Low Salary, They regularly expect you to overtime, 1 Paid Leave a month, Half-day Salary deduction if you are 15 mins late for 3 days a month, Sandwich-Leave Policy : If you take leave on friday and monday 4 days salary will be deducted. No seniors, Hire and Fire culture, Expect you to do impossible things, They say yes to everything to client and expect you to build things in time slot practically impossible. If you are here in this company, you are totally on your own, even if you are fresher or senior. You will be needed to do or manage multiple things even off your JD.
