Toxic culture - managers at every level who are bullies and unprofessional. Incompetent and unexperienced people who were put into managerial positions and suddenly think they're amazing. Various managers were narcissistic, had small-man syndrome, rude, unorganised, unprofessional with customers Extremely disorganised company, no processes in place. Still plays the tag of being a 'start-up' when they are in the high-growth phase, and basically just haven't gotten their A into G.
