I worked as a FortiGate Tier 2 Tech at Airespring since November 2023, and it was truly a remarkable experience. Every month, we had a company-wide meeting with Avi, our CEO, where he shared detailed team statistics, celebrated achievements, and personally recognized employees who earned certifications—many of which were financed by Airespring.
What stood out to me most was the culture of support within the company. Every individual is encouraged, guided, and given the best possible solutions to succeed. The leadership’s commitment to fostering growth and acknowledging hard work is unparalleled.
It’s rare to see a CEO personally engage with employees on a regular basis and actively highlight their accomplishments. This level of transparency and encouragement makes Airespring a truly exceptional place to work.
