Extremely Micromanaged, Poor Communication & Unstable Management
Pros
None, unless you enjoy constant supervision
Cons
- Extreme micromanagement - Poor communication - No job security (sudden terminations) - Lack of proper guidance or structure - Manipulative management This company practices micromanagement to the maximum level, not only in work but even in small daily matters such as what can be eaten or used in the kitchen. The working environment is stressful due to constant control and lack of trust from management. Communication is very poor, and employees are not encouraged to speak up. If you share honest feedback or point out issues, you risk being terminated immediately. I personally witnessed around six people being terminated suddenly without fair reason or proper process. The company is run by a husband-and-wife team who are heavily involved in every detail but often create confusion with clients and internal teams. There is no proper guidance or expertise from senior management, and decisions are made impulsively. There have also been cases of data manipulation and unethical management behavior. Overall, the environment is toxic, unstable, and lacks professionalism.
