1. Each project comes with new requirement, which give a push to us to learn and grow. 2. Work from Anywhere, we have one branch in bangalore and dehradun, i work from bangalore branch for 10 month. and it was a good experience as on weekends i as able to go to different meet-ups to learn and mon-friday normal job. 3.Individual Contribution: Leadership track each employee task and so one is ghosted, and they make sure no one is abusing any power based on their position
