Pros

Programs meant to serve needy seniors

Cons

leadership has no vision, no direction, no integrity. CEO on down needs to be replaced. Lowest employee morale on the planet. Employees blamed for the lack of communication and morale. People start looking to quit as soon as they get hired. Sink or swim, no training process.

Pros

Great programs for seniors Getting paid

Cons

Toxic, chaotic environment, heartless and conniving CEO, low morale, big expectations but very little support. It’s best not to bring any issues you’re having to your supervisor (who probably is also a member of the executive leadership team) because you automatically put yourself on the chopping block.
