-CEO pushing for move to India causing hundreds of people to lose their jobs
-Employees are treated as expendable objects that the company owns VS treating them like people/individuals
-Support team is drowning in work and consistently raised expectations with no end in sight, or any plans to ramp up their head count (Outside of the ramp up currently happening at the IDC (India Data Center) office.
-Executive level management (VPs) speak to the employees with nothing but disrespect and disdain; employees are not treated with dignity or a general sense of decency when spoken to. (Not limited to but including swearing, calling outside of their names, abusive language/behavior, screaming inches away from their face..etc...I could go on....)
Dignity and Respect do not exist in this environment-- you are a body at a desk and a number to all involved.
Although most of the supervisors try really hard to improve things for the individual, they are immediately shut down or yelled at for being "too friendly" or not being "tougher" on their already burned out employees. (Because at Agilysys, results are demanded immediately with no turn over time or reinforcements for the staff to reach these insane goals)
All growth options have been taken away, as even the level 2&3 technicians are now glorified call rollers. I give it 6 months before the building is empty and all remaining employees have been laid off.
