      - Fun coworkers - Sometimes cool projects - Harmons is close - There are snacks

      - Unstable management - Management yells at people - People are fired left and right without explanation - Revenue is dropping - Anything you work on is bulldozed - Long long work hours - Little to no autonomy - Working from home is not an option - No severance - Growth is not at all promoted
