      Pros

      A supportive company that values work-life balance, even when working remotely. I have great colleagues, enjoy the variety in my role, and appreciate the online fun activities to help break up our working day. I really enjoy the annual challenges to support some incredible charities.

      Not a con but it is a growing company and are making great progress with training and career progressing.
