- People management is terrible. People are treated like numbers and they trully beleive adding 100 people will make the job 100 times faster. Althoug the paycheck is great, above the average, I dont think this a model that can retain talents very long. Hepefully, after the last re-org they will address that.
- There is not definition on what should be done. It is caothic. Each day you are doing something completely different and usually to satisfy the needs of one or two people, not the company's overall goal.
- I could't see any career plan in place there. I have never had any discussion with my manager abou career growth.
