      Once amazing cult lingerie brand Agent Provocateur loses it's "provocateur" and replaces it with dollar signs.

      Pros

      Great discount (50%) and super cute uniforms.

      Cons

      They went corporate halfway into me working with them, the old staff (tats, piercings and personality) was let go for generic minimum wage earning sales girls who all looked the same and were trained ONLY to push clients to buy. Very disappointing, they lost all of the flare and creative vision and managed to put the once happy staff against each other with unrealistic sales goals.

When looking for new Sales Associates we endeavour to look for a variety of people with proven sales skills and buckets of personality.       London head office- chaotic and frantic!

      Good office location, young teams, discounts.

      Cons

      Chactic and aggressive office environment, frantic management style, non team player atttuides, short staffed, high staff turnover Long hours, lack of communication, limited training.

      Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that at times our employees can be busier than usual, and so we trust our teams to manage their own workloads. One of our focuses for 2016/2017 has been on offering additional training for our head office teams, and so we now offer our employees classes on IT skills, languages and more.       Pros

      Lovely office building and decor. Discount CEO is very kind, personable and encouraging. Product is fun

      Cons

      A lot of drug use within the company, including management, leading to uncomfortable, unproffesional working environment. HR turn a blind eye to this despite complaints. Loyalty to long term employees is sadly non existent. Original company values/ideas have changed, not as original compared to early years of the company.

      Thank you for your feedback. Since the company started in 1994 there have been significant changes and recently we have seen more changes as we expand into new markets and continue to grow. AP is now bigger than ever and this is due to our former and current work force for which we have a huge appreciation. We would not be the brand we are today without them.
