Pros

More responsibility than the Job title. Chance to do a lot more and learn a lot. It is a good place to work for those seeking to broaden their knowledge and hands on experience for international development.

Cons

Little professionalism. Employees at mercy of the supervisor. Policies and procedures do exist , but they are not followed. There is a encouraged tendency to working to please bosses , instead of doing the job within well defined professional setups.

Pros

I got travel beyond borders and share lots of knowledge and skills in the safety and security industry. I was fortunate enough to expose my strengths and train over 3000 people in the institution both locally and internationally. The best part was that I got to introduce quite a few processes, procedures and setups that are still active and implemented to this day.

Cons

As much as I wanted to offer my expertise and experiences I could not due to the cooperate competition and politics sometimes that lead to me compromising my principals.
