Pros
cheap meals? safety is taken seriously.
Cons
When I started, it was ok, but was dumped with a list of skills to learn and basically be good at them very fast and quickly master or at least be expected to not need assistance at all after 3-4 tries. I told them I had other skill sets and these things were new to me. I went through the whole gamut, and I was not employed for long yet, I learned more than others in my position (not a level of depth/experience but sheer number of techniques/methods and procedures), who have worked there longer and I had more tasks than a handful of others that were there just a bit longer than me.... felt like they singled out people to do endless amount of work, while the others sat around and talked with colleagues freely, while the few who were "chosen" had so much work it was ridiculous and almost impossible within a reasonable time, but then get chewed out for not doing all the tasks or if it takes long. Same team, but certain members get saddled with a huge bulk of the work as well as the training not being fair either, as I said, I got trained in a ridiculous number of things that other did not. I felt like they wanted me to learn the sum of all the team members' knowledge/experience in less than 6 months. When this was voiced by me, it was silenced quickly or I/anyone who spoke up was blamed for not doing it quickly enough. Not to mention helping and supporting those who need my/the team members' help and it takes me off my scheduled task and those things keep happening. People here are also super clique-y and passive aggressive, not great for either co-workers, higher-ups, or workload. Avoid working here at all costs, I will be bidding good riddance soon.
