Pros

Young, fun people. Nice people at the next door deli store.

Cons

- Technology is outdated. I would say the company is about 10-13 years behind the curve. This is a destructive gap in terms of technology. - Management is at best horrific and at worst very toxic and hostile. It is pretty remarkable to have your direct manager claim that he will physically attack you after you just saved him from being chewed by his own boss. - There is no direction in the company. Management gets hyped by its own ideas and they never follow through. Somehow you are expected to pull bunnies out of a hat with out having the proper support. - It is a constant, never ending blame game. Folks, you can do much better. Currently I am at a six figure salary and I am in touch with cutting edge technologies, people with an insane technical IQ and a management which even though is very demanding it is also very supportive. If you are a character of dubious nature you will fit right in with this company. If you have an ounce of integrity you deserve better than this company which is a road to no where.

Pros

Great ideas... Not new ideas, but solid ideas. If they could put a real effort behind them, they'd be in good shape.

Cons

Way too much time and energy spent in correcting avoidable errors. Superficial leadership that ignores the true problems of infrastructure, or lack thereof. Days wasted on meetings to hear an executive try to prove that he's the smartest guy in the room, and others on meetings to hear another executive complain about how much she has to travel. Sexual harassment? Sweep it under the rug and get rid of anyone who may complain. That's the game.

Pros

Hand full of fun people to work with otherwise you look over your shoulder every day. Free hamster food in the kitchen and coffee.

Cons

Salaries are a joke and asking for a raise is like asking to be fired. Upper management doesn't teach you anything and when you ask a question, you're brushed off. Equivalent of a sweat shop! One crazy and psychotic woman runs the whole show at the company and if you disagree with her dictatorship, you can start packing your bags. She will run the company into the ground eventually. You're expected to work day and night without any compensation or overtime pay. You'll be lucky to get a thank you. Zero appreciation, zero motivation and zero growth. Everyone in the company is openly looking for new careers and planning their grand escape. Every company Town Hall is filled with lies and empty promises, no one even pays attention and just sits on their phones. Every single meeting is pointless, no one pays attention. People use meetings to shop online and/or sit on social media. Ruthlessly layoff employees that helped to build the company from the ground up. Company hires Executives and think they will solve all of their problems; hasn't worked or will it ever. An Executive sexually harassed multiple employees, was given two week paid vacation, asked to take the alcohol off his desk and to write a joke of an apologetic email to everyone. He still continues to work there and most likely will for a long time. All positive reviews about this company are fake. CEO was asking everyone he can to write a positive review. Everyone is there just to collect a paycheck.
