In the last year, the entire C level executive team has been fired. People that were responsible for taking this company out of bankruptcy just a few years back were thrown away like they were yesterdays garbage. The new CEO is chopping long time employees in favor of bringing in his own team. With not a clear understanding of the existing infracsture key people are losing their jobs left and right and systems are going down. All just a 2 weeks before xmas. They already super lean team is now overburden and stressed to the max trying to keep the lights on. Upper management is clueless to the impact of their decisions and the impact it has both on personal and the properties.

The only people who work for this company are those who don't realize they can work anywhere else and it will be better. Affinity is a joke. If youre reading this as an applicant or are considering taking an offer here, please do yourself the favor and go ANYWHERE else. No one working here is happy. No one in the whole company is happy, for that matter. This is a gossip fueled environment with a severe lack of talent in the top leadership positions. Look at how many people have left within the past few years and no matter what rosy picture they may paint you about "efficiencies" or "changes for the better" dont believe them. No one intentionally stays at this company for long because they either dont like the expectations of absurd hours, giving up your personal life for the company, or they find better paying jobs. And any good reviews you read are HEAVILY INFLUENCED by people within the company to bring up their scores. SAVE YOURSELF.
