      Great Organization but Need Executive Management Change

      Pros

      Affinity offers great benefits, PTO, and relatively competitive salaries for a Credit Union. Direct Managers, Supervisors, and Staff are fantastic to work with and offer a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      The organization used to provide a fun family like atmosphere however that has been in a solid decline over the past 8 or so years. The current senior management team has made many changes in lower level staffing with little to no success in organizational growth and profitability which begs the question, perhaps there needs to be change at the senior level (specifically in the CEO and EVP positions).
