Affinity Consulting has an employee rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars, based on 20 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an excellent working experience there. The Affinity Consulting employee rating is in line with the average (within 1 standard deviation) for employers within the Management and consulting industry (3.7 stars).
The company tries hard to do right by employees. Day-to-day experience is completely driven by department and department lead. Overall, positive experience working at Affinity Consulting.
Cons
Lots of ongoing, continuous organizational changes. Pushback on being receptive to change, when really people are just asking to understand the "why" behind changes because it often feels like change for the sake of change.

Thank you for sharing this, and for spending more than five years at Affinity. That kind of commitment is meaningful, and we are grateful for the role you played in our journey.
I also really appreciate you calling out the need to better explain the why behind change. You are right. It never feels good when change feels like change for the sake of change. Our intention has always been to strengthen the company and create long term opportunity, but intent is not enough if people do not clearly understand the purpose.
Your feedback is fair, and it is helpful. Ongoing change requires ongoing communication, and we can always do better there.
Thank you again for your honesty and for the years you invested in Affinity. We wish you nothing but success in what comes next.

Great company, employees first mentality. We care about our people and uplift each other. Great benefit package, bonus structure to shout out teammates, employer match, likeminded teammates care about eachother, our clients, and company.
Cons
Change is never easy, but worth it. we are more than half way through our restructuring, improving processes, etc.

Thank you for this thoughtful review and for being part of Affinity during an important season of growth.
I appreciate you highlighting our people first mindset. We work hard to build a place where teammates support one another and where benefits and recognition reflect that commitment. It matters that people feel valued, not just productive.
You are also right that change is not easy. Our restructuring and process improvements are intentional, and they are designed to position us for long term strength. I am grateful for the way our team continues to lean in and help shape what comes next.
Thank you as well for the suggestion around software specific team building. As we continue refining how our teams collaborate, that kind of focused connection is worth exploring.
We are building the future together, and voices like yours make us better.
