      Pros

      Team, people - one of the best teams I ever worked in Aevi takes care about employees, you are not just "a wheel in a factory" You can grow in skills and career too

      Cons

      Aevi grows fast but needs to grow internally too

      Smart colleagues and good products hindered by company politics

      Pros

      Smart people, some software innovation and good product

      Cons

      Lots of company politics(some people are power/control hungry and if you say against them, they will fire you) Lack of DevOps, Cloud Architects and Platform engineers No career path progression Very little learning opportunities and innovation Very relationship-driven rather than meritocracy Company values are just a tick box, people don't follow it Not transparent with employees

      Pros

      Salary could be considered as competitive, depending on your background duh. Good people, except for the entire management staff. Flexible working hours - but it really depends on your capo.

      Cons

      The CEO is truly absent and disconnected from the business, hence the results. All the VPs with the exception of one domain are tru con artists - hence the results. As someone on here mentioned people can be benched in a heartbeat - no accountability. Today we are family tomorrow we shut the door behind, quietly. HR is non-existent. The business is run by a capo, with garage sales experience, who happens to be not the CEO.
