Pros

Benefits, pay, good hourly work forfe

Cons

Lay offs ocurred at least twice. 2 weeks prior to lay offs, site lead made it very clear that employees who were on Family medical leave would be first to go!!! Totally illegal. But they make you sign form saying u wouldn't sue in order to get any severance pay!!!

Pros

Some Pros are that they have 6% matching for 401k, good number of PTO days, and possible work at home days if needed later on. They are also pretty flexible if you have any appointments during the day.

Cons

They do not allow for much growth. Health Insurance is an old industry, and Aetna seems to reaffirm that with their slow professional growth and uncompetitive salary. They also have limited health plans available to their employees. Most of the ones covered by the employer have very poor benefits.

Pros

Exceptional training/mentoring process. Management is hands on and accessible. During busy times, management listens and redistributes work as necessary to alleviate stress. Big focus on communicating product and industry changes. Welcoming of new ideas and simplifying processes. Telework is available after a year of service (based on performance) and as needed (sick, weather, etc). Comforting to know that, should I move out of state, I could work from home. Company is highly transparent and wants to keep employees engaged. Volunteer opportunities galore. Company mission is one you can stand behind.

Cons

High levels of turnover in the department is slightly concerning, however, understandable as majority of roles are entry-level. Busy time can mean putting in 10+ hours of overtime in a week.
