Technically weak people. waste of time for person interested in core technical work. Not much of facility for experimentation

The company is not what it used to be. New management stepped in and made big changes throughout, prior to learning the business and the strengths and weakness that it had. The result was chaos that affectively destroyed what the company was good at and further compounded their weaknesses. Everyone there is lost with no training and no direction. Everything is a deflected fire drill and “not my job” which is an easy argument to make when you have no idea what you are doing. Imagine pursuing a career as a pilot and on the first day you find yourself behind the wheel of a fully loaded passenger and have no idea if you had enough fuel to make it to your destination or if the plane is even flight worthy. That is what it is like to work at Aerzen USA.
