      Poor management, most of the staff, low pay rate, no penal rates and not paid for overtime.

      Great team mates. Not a zero hour contract.

      Cons

      Rotating shift times so some shifts get a bad time table with two mornings and two night shifts. All shifts only gets week ends off once a month. Management is on commission so they get a bonus at the end of the year depending on targets. There is no incentives for regular employees. Some managers like to micro manage their staff because of this.
