Don't let them fool you. This place is the worst.

Pros

"unlimited" PTO there's a coffee maker

Cons

-unlimited PTO -- try taking a day off. you'll be expected to be available for emails and calls. and then they'll make you feel guilty that you took that day "off" -CEO -upper management -no job stability -no loyalty to employees -constant turnover and layoffs -you'll get blamed for things you didn't do -no clear job roles -no one knows who their boss is -no one knows what they're supposed to be doing -ZERO company communication -if you're not in "the club" anyone can complain about you and you'll get written up even if it's not true

Pros

1. Location. 2. No micromanagement.

Cons

Highly disorganized, no direction on the product, out sourcing development, lots of people jumping ship (from devs, c-level executives and partners), no yearly review process, lots of lay offs.

Company is all over the place; poor leadership

Pros

Can be a fun group of people outside of work Unlimited PTO (could also be a bad thing though)

Cons

Poor decision making by C-level. I can't say this one enough. If you drink wine with the CEO, you get preferential treatment. Have the worst hiring I've ever experienced. They hire people with big names (and big salaries) and nothing to back it up, and no one is held accountable, so people who consistently under perform can stay on payroll for years and years. Company has identity issues. Can't decide what kind of company they want to be and what direction to go. They change their business plan every three months. Having a pool table and popcorn machine does not equal a good company culture. Shady business dealings.
