Human Resouces department is very shady. If you have any issues do not go to HR. Different employees are held to different standards. No Life work balance.

- possibly can work remote if you have enough experience - I believe the job does have a good mission

Cons

- a lot of prejudice and gossip from managers - don't pay enough for the work that's given - managers like to play favorite - talking on the phone to rude patients non stop with no break. The phone never stops ringing. If you decide to take a break for 5 minutes, management will start messaging you and asking why you aren't taking calls. They expect you to be a robot. - they work you like a jacka** and say it's all in the name of the lord and give you a low pay

no pros.. i had panic attacks going to and coming from work

i am a young black woman and i have never received such horrible discrimination due to my age and race like working here in my life unfortunately. it was so bad that i have considered a lawsuit however i was young and dumb and didnt keep paper trails. they operated smartly by calling and speaking to me in person which is a SUPER RED FLAG!
