Adventis Group Plc (UK) was a dreadfully run company at group level.

Pros
While being terrible at group level Adventis did however have several fantastic subsidiary marketing agencies. Great to work for some of the subsidiaries.
Cons
The marketing agencies they had purchased had retained all of their original founders on contracts that incentivised them to maximise profits, just when they were at sensitive points in their growth plans. This incentivised them to keep costs low, thereby stalling growth.

Overall a good experience and place to work. It is a religious company and the mission of healing the ministry of Christ is followed even in business setting. It took time to adjust so it may not be a place for everyone.

Pros
The new corporate and IS buildings are state of the art. Gorgeous buildings with many amenities. The hospitals have the latest and greatest Cerner applications. The benefits are decent.
Cons
For my position there was no career path to continue to grow and learn.
