      The staff are all welcoming and very friendly as though I was family.During the onboard process they are helpful and comforting to completing it all .

      Management does not want good workers to move up. They want them to stay working the floor and come up with bogus excuses why not to give you the next job up you are qualified for even if you do favors and change your hours to help the unit.
