Pros

Free snacks: chips, cookies, breath mints, soda, coffee, chocolate milk, milk, water, tea, yogurt, etc.

Cons

Let's see... Where to start... 1. Management does it their way, or the highway. There is absolutely no room for collaboration. Your idea can be exceptional and make perfect sense but most likely, it will be rejected since it wasn't the manager's idea, even if the manager's idea is inefficient and makes no sense. Truly scary the egos at play here. 2. There is absolutely no trust from management to their employees. During the pandemic lockdown, employees were still forced to go into the office even though their jobs could be done anywhere that had internet access. The office was packed with people and there was not much protection. They put up some plastic walls but half the time they were falling or not properly installed. In Sales operations, they required check in emails daily to prove that you were on time to work. They also required weekly reports to basically show what you were doing. This list could go on and on, but the bottom line is that they don't trust their employees and spend way too much time babysitting and micromanaging them. 3. When you complain about your workload being too much, their solution is to give you more work and then act like you are not very busy in the first place. 4. There is no such thing as work life balance in their culture. Just work, more work, and then some more work for the evenings and weekends too! If you are a boring person with no hobbies and love working and not doing much else, it's the perfect place for you!

Pros

Colleagues are smart and easy to work with.

Cons

- VERY low pay, way below market value; unclear bonus plan. - Unhealthy work-life balance: overworked and management expect you to work at night time. - Poor management: Management doesn't care employees at all, they treat people as slave, and always short-sighted. They don't have career/talent development mindset, they only care about operational priority, current tasks, and short-term revenue growing. - Management force employees to submit PTO requests when internal systems shut down (because of company system upgrades and/or because of cyberattack); they also force employees submitted PTO when county government locked down during the pandemic. And expect you still work during forced PTO. - Management doesn't care people leave and why, they believe they will always find new employees with lower salary to fill in the empty.

Pros

* Opportunities to work with well known multinational companies * Wide variety of products and solutions for almost any industry * Gained some soft skills such as communications and problem solving

Cons

* Every second is like walking on thin ice. Managers are always playing the blame game and are quick to assume. You will be penalized in some way despite any wrongdoing and justification. Excessive micromanagement * Managers are yes men. They do not form opinions of their own and will submit to anything they are told to do, being more of a messenger rather than a manager. Favoritism is common here * Frequent yelling and lecturing throughout the office from all levels of authority, creating a culture of fear * Unprofessional behavior from both managers and individual contributors. Frequent belittling, gossiping, rumor spreading, and bad mouthing about others’ personal lives, working style, and performance. A trust no one environment * No investment in resources and software that can boost productivity and efficiency across all channels. We rely heavily only on outlook making workflows inconsistent and disorganized. We share licenses for software and often resort to signing up for free trials in order to get work done * Forced use of PTO and unpaid leave when systems were down due to a cyberattack * No safe space to express concerns regarding issues in the office such as reporting wrongdoings, conflicts with other employees, etc. No programs offered from HR (which was basically nonexistent and unresponsive at the time of employment) or any 3rd party organizations * Not much opportunity to grow within the company * Lack of diversity * High turnover. Job listings seem to be taken down and reloaded frequently to seem new, but have actually been open for over a year due to employees constantly quitting
