Pros
Despite having grown to over 200 employees, ATG remains a place where anyone who is ambitious and hungry can make a name for themselves and advanced their career. We only recently have received titles, but it is still all about what you contribute and not what your title says.
We have brand new people joining projects and doing amazing work, rising rapidly, and then in turn growing/mentoring others.
If you live in the Missoula area I would say this is one of the best companies you can work for.
The work environment is very friendly and supportive (i.e. there are no jerks), and we do our one-on-ones by walking alone the beautiful Clark Fork river in Missoula.
Cons
Benefits are so-so, only two weeks of paternity leave (which itself is a new policy) is unfortunate.
