      Same type of work everyday. Very chill

      Cons

      No phones, Very restrictive such as lunch and toilet breaks. Late by few seconds an email will be sent to your boss

      Team members are helpful and friendly and won't face any retrenchment issues, stable job

      Cons

      Hardly any progression unless you work as a line AE, low salary compared to other semi-con industries, and the management team expectations quite double standard depending on whether they like you or not.
