Pros

There were Pros to working with this company. Many of my fellow employees were great - very collaborative and supportive. Flexible work with remote opportunities for many.

Cons

Manager is not consistent and does not have solid management skills. Favoritism is seen and expectations are not the same for everyone. Information is not passed along well and communication is passive. Appreciation for level experience, attitude and other areas of expertise are missing.

Cons

Being remote has ups and downs but the commute is great! :)

Advanced RPO is a wonderful place to work! Leadership empowers us to make thoughtful decisions and manage our client relationships with excellence and accountability. While working from a remote home office, we are still an engaged workforce with weekly and daily team calls. It's a great feeling to be part of company that respects everyone, expects hard work and recognizes successes! Our culture and values provide motivation to come to work every day and deliver excellent service to our clients!
