company doesn't have a clear view of what they're aiming for
Pros
they offer good pay and benefits compared to other companies in the area when they have an idea of what they're doing the management will seem really friendly (sometimes too friendly) and will sound very proud of the team, they'll raise salaries every contract renewal and might sometimes give random gifts or company lunches and trips
Cons
whenever they're in a bad mood the management can be quite arrogant, they might ask for tasks that take more than they assign them then be rude about you asking for more time they take pride on being generous and giving the random gifts, but they will always be rude about you asking for a raise as they think they're doing you a favor by employing you no matter how good of an employee you are most of the time you won't find proper feedback and your work might be ignored for weeks after it's done only for you to be questioned about why it's not done yet 4 weeks after you tell them it's done you can't rely on what they tell you as they just talk about what they wish as if it's the plan without proper planning or preparation they make promises based on their unreal plans then get rude when you ask them when those promises will be fulfilled
