      Dynamic work environment, challenging work, fast paced

      Unpredictable hours, office management was unfavorable, pay increases were difficult to get, heavy work load, office discouraged interpersonal work relationships, micromanagement

      Pros

      Home/work life balance. Minimal traveling for work required. Management who cares and assists with personal appointments. Great training program with education department to help you succeed passing CNIM.

      Cons

      Some travel occasionally required. Add on cases - fluctuating schedule. Not really a con but on call schedule - only 1 weekend every 6-7 weekends.
