CEO has a volatile temper, employees are scared of him. Senior leadership team is talented, but so scared of the CEO they work to make him happy instead of doing their jobs. Micro-management frustrates the best employees. High turnover & low pay for the market. Facilities are cramped. Unlimited vacation time is advertised as a benefit, but approval is difficult and in practice most people don't take much vacation tim. Little to no opportunity to work remote. High turnover is frustrating to clients and damaging to business.
