      The hybrid work schedule provides flexibility and supports a healthy work–life balance. Parking is convenient and easily accessible, which makes commuting stress-free. Employees have opportunities to work with different departments, allowing for skill development and broader experience. There are opportunities for internal mobility and career growth within the organization.

      Workloads are often heavy, and expectations can feel excessive for the level of compensation provided. There is limited support from managers and leadership, which makes it challenging to feel guided or supported in the role. Opportunities for growth and advancement are minimal, and communication between teams is lacking—especially when workflow or process changes are introduced—leading to confusion and inefficiencies.
