Management does not follow own principals and have horrible relationship with employees. Very high turnover leads to chaos as risks are not looked at up front. Training is inadequate for all levels of employees.

Concern for employees is obvious - the time and effort spent on creating AFFORDABLE health care is amazing, especially for a company of this size. The CFO worked towards (and won an award) and partnered with other local companies to create a Center for Health and Wellness that offers limited medical and physical therapy services for extremely affordable pricing. This is above and beyond the "normal" health benefits. I am proud to be a part of a company who actively shows concerns for their employees.
