      Pros

      My boss teaches and encourages us to grow and find out exactly what we want to get out of the job. The training is the best I have had. My co workers share knowledge and have integrity and i can trust them

      I would like to have paid vacations

      Working there was pleasant. They take good care of their customers. However, they seem to miss their employees at times.

      1. Company Vehicle and Gas card. You take the vehicle home at night. 2. Running your own schedule. 3. Developing relationships with your customers.

      Cons

      1. Management 2. Being micromanaged, even when upper management says they won't/don't micromanage. 3. Unfair in the way they give accounts to employees.

      Pros

      I have found a home with Advanced IPM. This company is family-owned and at any time I can pick up the phone and talk with the VP or GM. There is genuine concern for, and a commitment to, every employee at Advanced IPM. If you're looking for a place to learn, grow and challenge yourself, this may be the place for you. We are far from perfect, but we strive to get better every day and we are committed to serving our communities.

      Cons

      Frenetic is the best word to describe the pace of this company. If you are not a flexible person, able to adjust to ever-changing challenges, this is a tough place to work.
