      Great Supervisors, Terrible upper management

      Pros

      Fantastic Coworkers. Decent work/life balance for non-salary. A good foot in the door for the inexperienced.

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected from reality. More numbers are required with fewer personnel. No trust or faith in upper management. Extremely low morale, as more work is being piled on fewer people. Minimal benefits. Low pay for the required work.

      Fairly minimal supervision or critical evaluation. Ability to learn quite a few skills and vary it up with daily tasks.

      Unreliable equipment, unsafe workspace/OSHA conditions, scattered upper management style.
