While the company offers several perks, there is an unspoken expectation of constant gratitude and increased performance in return. Additionally, employees are often required to attend weekend events, even if their regular schedule is Monday through Friday, and declining to participate can lead to ongoing criticism or pressure. Overall, the workplace culture could benefit from stronger leadership, better support for employees, and clearer boundaries between work responsibilities and personal time.
