MANAGEMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ! They don’t take any accountability at this site . They aren’t willing to train you or inform you on the correct ways to document leaves, absence or anything at all. They leave you to figure EVERYTHING out on your own. They play nice and when they get caught up for a mistake they throw it on the employee. You get fired for their mistakes and are left without a job . Especially during covid . HR speaks to you so disgusting, No respect is shown. They are all so uneducated and are only out to save themselves. They don’t care about novartis or the mission because if that was the case they would treat employees decent and actually TRAIN to perform the job correctly . The fda has been contacted and there hasn’t been production for weeks . Stay away from this site !

EVERYTHING!!! This site is extremely discriminatory against minorities. The management here is terrible, inconsistent, unorganized, thrives on conflicts of interest, and has the worst management in Pharmaceutical history. The leads are considered managers and has never worked for a pharmaceutical company at all; not one of them. The Site head of production cursed out his employee while on site, the managers and leads are all best friends and talk about their fellow coworkers in the worst way. FDA has shut down production for numerous violations and reasons. All staff is not trained properly nor is there any training curriculum. Multiple GMP & GDP rules are violated daily by upper management. EVERYONE on-site is miserable, and hates coming to work. Investigators needs to come and see what is happening here.
