Pros
AdvaMed is really fantastic when it comes to work-life balance. People are hard working and passionate about their work, but also understand that there is life outside of work and everyone has a strong balance between work priorities and time spent outside of work with family and personal life.
Cons
Change is tough here at times. The association is working hard to upgrade and advance the technology internally that is used and also the new services that are to be rolled out to its membership, but it can be hard to mobilize individuals internally who are used to the status quo. There are a number of new individuals at the association, however, who are helping to shift the mindset and become more innovative, proactive, and modern.
