      1. Has freedom to explore various CAD/CAE tools 2. Gets incentives for Sale deals closed

      Cons

      1. No freedom 2. Very restricted 3. Can`t talk to fellow colleagues. 4. Can`t take breaks in between sessions. 5. Very micro managing.
