      I honestly don't have a pro for Adrian. The CEO was somewhat okay till he mentioned at a company meeting that he would gladly fire you and replace you with two people earning half your salary.

      Cons

      Arguably the most toxic work environment. The hr department is run by disconnected group of individuals. Its just a matter of time for some lawsuits to creep in

      None that i can think of.

      Cons

      micro management at it's best very unprofessional bosses, with very little know how of how to run or manage operations. puppet HR team that hardly listens to their employees. Employment and salary is based on who you know or who brought you rather than your experience or papers. Contracts are hardly given, meaning termination can be very abrupt. salary is below average in relation to market value, and dare you mention a raise. it might be the end of your "employment contract" if you were even lucky enough to sign one.
