      Expect more learnings. Good place to start career.

      Pros

      You will be learning a lot. Lot's of exposure will be there in what ever technologies they use. You will be learning how to handle client. Direct interaction with management.

      Cons

      Each and every month only half day leave will be added for casual leave (6 days). Forcing employee to take sick leave (remaining 6 days) . Giving short period for completion of projects and pushing employees to work late nights, so work life balance will get effected. Very less allowance for the people who works in client location (taxable). Any time there will be surprise of relocation!!!

      Small company hence better recognization internally

      Cons

      No work life balance, Very poor infrastructure, You can be relocated anytime to any place with very poor per diem or no per diem, Increment comes late every cycle, variable comes very late, and the worse happens when you resign, you will no longer be treated respectfully.
