Pay is good, some employees are nice

Cons

Lack of communication, they lie on you, they don't have the resources to train you to be a manager, if the executives make a mistake on the judgement of you they will have you fired quickly. It doesn't matter how good of a job you do. This is not a trustworthy company!!!!

I'm am sorry you feel we have not created a place where things - both positive and constructive - can be discussed openly without fear of repercussions before you left the company. We are working hard to build that and are focused on maintaining it while we grow.
