Very small office, HQ is located in a different state entirely. Sometimes it feels as though HQ is operating in a bubble and information is not always provided to other offices in a timely manner.
They don't over extend themselves and seem to be quite selective on who they hire.

They don't pay particularly well. Also, they have no involvement in your development other than reimbursing exam costs. They put you at the client for an extended period of time and you'll see the home office staff at the Christmas party. They make you sign a "Non Compete" so that the clients are less likely to steal you.
