Pros
Pros: Anyone not in leadership is incredibly smart and brilliant. Hoping the best for everyone coming out. Please take time to recover (if you can). You will be valued and respected nearly anywhere else... especially outside the architecture industry.
Cons
Cons: Leadership. The most self-hating, fear motivated, brainwashed, irrelevant group of people that have become completely dependent on 1 person's (now tarnished) name to make themselves feel important. Literally nobody outside cares (in fact, other offices see you as his tool). They are constantly trying to manipulate their employees. There is a constant mentality of "you owe us". They don't need you to build, design, or improve the work process (there is no process). They need you to coddle their low low self-esteem. Just make them feel good about themselves and in control... and you'll be gifted to feel better than average about staying there - but at the expense of not learning anything, getting paid, or getting ahead in your career. Its mental-illness inducing to pretend to be happy every single day. There is nothing for you there. If you don't fit a certain type, you will become some sort of scapegoat - constantly get picked on and bullied. Why would you ever aspire to be like them. Just look at all the fake reviews. How sad.
