      People who are helpful, provide proper guidance, and bring new opportunities can become good friends.

      Cons

      There is no trust in employees, no proper time management, and no work management. If someone works extra, their efforts are not valued. Any changes in the work process are not allowed, and there is no effort to upgrade or review the work.
