      Pros

      Great staff filled with smart and innovative people. Everyone knows each other and is happy to share information. You will learn a lot and enjoy working there.

      Cons

      C level management doesn't know what's going on. Management is something to be desired. Salary is NOT competitive for a company who claims to rival Google. There is also a HUGE problem with blatant sexism towards women at Adform, perpetuated by top managers and ignored by HR.

      Pros

      - A lot of talented people who learn quickly and do their job great! - Great place to learn and grow as a professional. - Nice offices.

      Cons

      - A lot of incompetent people in the middle management, senior managemt doesn't seem to pay too much attention to this. - Overselling the organizational culture; a lot of focus on employer branding. Only people from 'outside' think that it's a paradise, inside the organization the culture is starting to rot. - Compared to other companies in the market, salaries are pretty low (especially those of specialists' and in Customer Service).
